- Super soft Shore 00-50 platinum silicone rubber - 2-part addition cure system mixed 1A:1B by volume or weight, cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage for consistent, dimensionally accurate parts.
- Gallon kit for larger projects - Includes Part A and Part B for a combined 2 gallon kit (approx. 16 lb of material), ideal for medium to large molds, multiple castings, or production runs.
- Extremely stretchy and durable - Cured rubber reaches about 315 psi tensile strength and up to 980 percent elongation at break, so pieces stretch many times their original size and rebound without tearing.
- Low viscosity, easy mixing and pigmentable - Around 8,000 cP mixed viscosity for easy mixing, de-airing and pouring, with a translucent base that can be colored using Silc Pig silicone pigments.
- Fast demold time and wide temperature range - Pot life of about 18 minutes and cure time around 3 hours at 73 °F, with a useful service range from about -65 °F to 450 °F for demanding applications.
- Certified skin-safe and FX ready - Based on Dragon Skin technology and tested to be skin safe by an independent laboratory, ideal for prosthetic appliances, orthotic cushioning, props and animatronics with repetitive motion.
