  • AIR TEST TOOL SPECIAL KIT - The IPR air test tool for high-pressure oil systems is crafted from premium copper, steel, and rubber materials, ensuring seamless compatibility with fittings and IPR adapters. High-strength steel fittings guarantee superior sealing performance, eliminating leaks. With high-temperature resistance and corrosion-proof treatment, it delivers exceptional durability.
  • COMPATIBLE WITH FOLLOWING VEHICLES - Air Test Tool Special Kit fit for Ford 6.0L - 7.3LPowerstroke Engines,Includes 7.3L Powerstroke High Pressure Oil System IPR Air Test Fitting., please check the fitment in the product description below
  • EASY INSTALLATION - The high-pressure oil system leak detection tool features extremely convenient installation. Connection requires only removing the air cleaner, fuel injection control module, and coolant degassing bottle (no need to remove the turbocharger). After removing the IPR valve, screw in the detection tool and hand-tighten the hose. Connect to the workshop air supply and listen for leak sounds. To locate minor leak points, close the shut-off valve on the tool to seal the system.
  • FUNCTION - High-pressure oil line leaks often cause difficult or failed engine starts when the engine is warm. This air test kit detects minute leaks. By replacing the IPR valve, it achieves complete system sealing to precisely capture subtle seepage. Heavy-duty hydraulic hoses withstand pressures up to 5,300 PSI.
  • IMPORTANT NOTES - An optional scanning tool may be used to monitor system pressure by observing ICP sensor readings. This step is not mandatory. To avoid costly repairs, it is recommended to perform a high-pressure oil leak tightness test after every 6.0 liters of oil following the removal of any system components.
