KILZ 1-Part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint is a single-component water-based epoxy. This high-performance formula resists hot tire pick-up, scuffing, fading, cracking, peeling and blistering. Can be applied to interior exterior surfaces such as porous concrete, masonry, stone and brick. For use on horizontal surfaces such as garage floors, driveways, basements, porches and pool decks. DO NOT use on vertical surfaces or areas subject to hydrostatic pressure. DO NOT use on areas subject to fork-lifts. For residential applications only.
